A surgical gastroenterologist by profession, Dr. K. Sashi Kiran, is the Head-Clinical Operations & Managing Director at D2L-Pharma Research Solutions. Having developed a strong interest in the drug research arena, Dr. Sashi took the initiative of offering quality research services in India, a country where the clinical research industry is still in a nascent phase.
Working in the fields of cardio-thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and surgical gastroenterology, Dr. Sashi was also involved in several ICU and Criticalcare training programs for young medical professionals. With Masters in Surgery and Fellowship in Surgical Gastro, Dr. Sashi was associated with Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi, Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad and Sree Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences and as a visiting consultant at several hospitals. He was actively involved in research works in acute pancreatitis, head & neck cancers and thyroid disorders.
His aim is to bring closer the medical fraternity and the pharmaceutical firms in new drug development and empower these two critical segments to better contribute to the health of patients.
Leading from the front, Dr. Sashi supervises clinical trial operations, is responsible for strategic planning, developing & implementing new services and establishing relationships with clinical investigators and D2L's growing client base. His entrepreneurial vision has catapulted D2L to become one of the fastest growing SMOs in India.

CEO
Deepak. H is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of D2L Pharma Research Solutions. He holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy and an M.B.A and is constantly exploring new ways to steer D2L to greater heights.
Deepak is responsible for the strategic direction of D2L and its value proposition and the markets served. He also leads the development of internal departments, while maintaining close links as an advisor to the Clinical Research Services and Consultancy Business Units. He has a keen interest in the development of innovative technologies to increase efficiency in clinical development programmes.
In his previous role, Deepak provided consulting services to top pharmaceutical companies focusing on various aspects of technology and business strategy; this includes Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Epidemiological, and Forecasting services.
At D2L, Deepak has been instrumental in building a strong client base that includes the most respected names in the global Pharma industry.
 Shekhar Gupta
Chief Operating Officer
One of the co-founders of D2L Pharma Research Solutions, Shekhar, has an impressive educational foundation strengthened by multifaceted work experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and an MS. Clinical Research from Cranfield University, UK.
Starting his career as a part of the marketing team of a reputed Pharma company and then stepping into the challenging world of consulting services, Shekhar lead numerous Brand planning, Strategic campaigns, Competitive Intelligence and Clinical Research related projects. He had the opportunity to work with top pharmaceutical companies, like Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bausch & Lomb, J&J to name a few.
Shekhar spearheads D2L's operational efforts in multiple business lines and significantly multiplies the strengths of D2L on account of his exposure to strategic planning, understanding of emerging clinical research industry in India and experience in the consulting services segment.
 Ravikant. M
Director
Mr. Ravi brings in over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry and is well versed in all aspects of drug Discovery, Investments, Due-Diligence, and Alliance Management and Product Life Cycle. He also brings in expertise in Strategic Analysis, Knowledge Management, KOL Identification & Management, Market Assessments, Sales Force Effectiveness & Data Analytics.
He started his career in Research & Development as a Research Associate for a well known Neutraceuticals firm. He later joined Managed Care Services Company as an Authorization Consultant, wherein he looked after the Medical Insurance & Reimbursements for US & European markets. After getting fully acquainted with the managed healthcare services he joined a renowned Pharma Analytics Firm as an Analyst and went on to handle several projects. His major achievements were setting up of KOL Identification & Management Franchise and handling projects like ROI Analysis, Patient Value Calculators & Marketing Mix Modelling to name a few.
Ravi joined D2L in 2008, apart from heading the Business Intelligence team at D2L, he is also involved in business development & strategic decision making process.
